Great quality, even better customer service
I wanted a 20 pound one, so I got the 15 pounder since the size chart said the cover itself is 6 pounds added to the whole blanket. Well, I received it and I wasn’t super awed. After a day or two, I started to understand how great it was. I loved how substantial it felt with the blanket and soft cover. I decided I really wanted it a little heavier, so I wrote to customer service for help. They were so great. They told me I could do an even exchange (I’d initially gotten a sale price) and told me how best to do it. When I hadn’t heard any more about the newer one, I wrote to them again. They got back to me quickly and sent the exchange right away. I love the purple color and this blanket. It really is a great quality.

Softest weighted blanket ever!
I love this company for several reasons: to start with everything from start to finish with ordering was easy as pie. I ordered the 15 lb. weighted blanket & it arrived like before I was done ordering lol. Seriously though It truly is as soft as they described & I felt in love with it.. However, I have some muscle issues & it was too heavy for me. I really hesitated to return but due to how expensive it was I wasn't able to keep something I can't use. Again, the return process was so easy & customer service is wonderful! I returned it & got my full refund. I plan to purchase other blankets & throws soon. Great product & great service. You can't go wrong!
