Soft but snagged

This bolster is so soft, and I love the filling's feeling of support. My complaint is that my bolster came with material snags in it, literally 9 snags. It looks raggedy, worn down, and and honestly very previously used. I have ordered other products from Sunday Citizen and none of them have ever come in this distressed appearance.
