Is it easy to return items?

Absolutely! You can either drop off your item at any of the 5,000+ Happy Returns locations, and they'll take care of the rest, or we can provide you with a return label. A fee of $8.99 will apply in both cases.

The handling fee is waived if you choose store credit (eff. 10/23/25).

How soon will I receive my refund?

For returns dropped off at a Happy Returns location, refunds will begin immediately. However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For returns using a label, refunds may take up to 2 weeks after inspection.

What items are returnable?

Most items purchased within the last 30 days are returnable, except for final sale and outlet items, gift cards, and international orders. We also accept items with production defects or damage incurred during regular use within 30 days of delivery.

What items are non-refundable?

Items labeled as "final sale", outlet items, free gifts, promotional items with retail value, and items purchased on international orders are non-refundable.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely happy with your order, no worries! We're pleased to accept returns within 30 days.
Here's what you need to know:

  • Eligibility: Items for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • Exceptions: Please note, we do not accept returns on final sale items, outlet items, or gift cards. International orders are also not eligible for returns.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal. You have the option to return your item at any of the 5,000+ Happy Returns locations, or, if you prefer, we can provide you with a return label. A fee of $8.99 will apply in both cases.
  • Returns Packaging: When using a Happy Returns location, there's no need to keep the original packaging. Simply hand over the product you wish to return, and they'll take care of the rest. If you're using our return label, feel free to use either the original box or another suitable one. Just make sure any old shipping labels are covered.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment; please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing. Inspection and approval of returns can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Reminder: returns made after the 30-day period from delivery receipt may be refused at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Snug Lap Throw | Gift with Purchase Return Policy:
  • If any item from your order is returned and the total value falls below $200, the free gift must also be returned unused.
  • If the entire order is returned, the free gift must be returned as well.
  • If your remaining order total stays at $200 or more after returns, you may keep your free gift.
  • If your gift arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Support Team within 5 days for a replacement.

Furniture Return Policy

Effective September 7, 2025 12am ET

We want you to love your furniture!

We accept returns requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Handling fees (deducted from your refund/credit)

If you received the wrong item / defective item / damaged in transit: $29 handling fee.

For any other reasons: A $150 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to original payment. If you choose store credit, the handling fee is $49

Shipping and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.

What to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect

  • Inspect within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Email our customer service department with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  • Our team will assess and provide the best resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).

What’s not returnable

  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Customized / made-to-order pieces.
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).

Condition requirements

  • Items must be in original, resellable condition (clean, undamaged, free of odors/pet hair) with all parts/hardware included.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or decline a return that doesn’t meet these standards.

How returns work

  1. Request approval: Contact customer support. within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Pickup: Once approved, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup.
  3. Refund/credit timing: After pickup is confirmed and your return is checked in, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or store credit within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post funds.
  4. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days from our approval email, please email customer support.
