    Flat never expanded after opening.

    All 3 of my pillows never puffed up after I opened them. 😒 very disappointed 😞

    Snug Floor Pillow missed the mark

    I love the size color and softness. However it is flatter than flat. I added another pillow but shouldn’t need to for that price.

    Thanks for the feedback! The pillow comes vacuum sealed for efficient shipping. You may give it at least 24 hours till it reaches its full density.

    You can also put it in the dryer “NO HEAT” to fluff and expedite the process.

    If it still won’t decompress after these steps, we may need to have it replaced. Please let us know! Thank you!

    You can also put it in the dryer “NO HEAT” to fluff and expedite the process. Otherwise, we’ll send a replacement.
