Shipping was prompt and pillow is as pictured and as described. SO soft and cuddly! I was worried it would feel small but it's just right for my full-size bed. The oat color is gorgeous and will go with anything. I will say that after un-packaging, it takes some time for the pillow to fluff up. It was extremely flat when I first un-packaged it but don't worry, it WILL take shape and be very full and fluffy!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews were fabulous and my husband likes to hug a pillow when he sleeps but I wanted a narrower pillow. I figured I would order and one of would like it! Turns out we both do! So I need to order a second. Big hit, it is as soft as they promised, firm but with a bit of give, the perfect width and length, supports your knees perfectly if you sleep with it. I can’t say enough about it - we’re in love!
