"Love this comforter! It’s cozy, soft and warm. Sometimes it’s a little too toasty lol but overall it’s very comfortable to sleep under and will be great during wintertime. I think it may be too heavy for spring/summer. Also the king size is quite large and heavy in the wash and please don’t make the mistake I did and wash it in too small of a washer lol. It took years to dry and I had to hand wring out water. Take it to a laundromat or use the size washer they recommend! My mistake."

"I ordered the snug comforter a couple months ago and thought the one I received was defective because of how quickly the seams came apart (after first wash in a high capacity washer per instruction). It also had an unbelievable amount of snags. I returned it without issue but didn’t have the best customer service experience- I was told if I gave them another try they could send me a discount code, and when I responded that I would they never replied again. A couple weeks later, the comforter went on a sale and after much debate I decided to try it again, hoping my first experience was a one off. I just received it and before even an initial wash there are at least 10 pulls in the fabric from simply unpackagaing it. I’ve barely touched it and can’t imagine how it will look in a month. This is a super cozy and stylish comforter, but it is very much not worth the price they are asking. I’m scared to even put it in the wash. These reviews seem pretty common with snug so I’m not sure how they haven’t improved the quality by now."
