Terrible customer service
"The shams themselves are great but hope you don’t have an issue and need customer service. They are not very helpful, I had a product with a hole in it (upon delivery) and they made me jump through loops to get an even exchange. I shipped it back nearly two weeks ago and it’s still not registered in their system, they made me confirm I shipped it when the service rep could have utilized the tracking. In addition, I still do not have my replacement! I will not be ordering from here again, so disappointed!!!"
