"Very unhappy with my pillow. I bought two and they came in a vacuum sealed bag so they were as flat as a pancake. I figured they would fluff up after a few days and they did not. The pillows did not come with any directions so I went to the website and found the reviews and saw that others had broken up the gel stuffing manually to get a fluffy pillow. I did that and now have a lumpy pillow with hard chunks in it. I never got around to fluffing the second pillow and after two weeks, it is now fluffy, so I wish I had left the first one alone. I tried to return the one pillow and get another but the site says it is not returnable. I won't order from them again but I am happy with the pillow that I didn't touch. I wish some instructions came with the pillow telling you to be patient and wait a few weeks!"

Disappointing

"I was looking forward to receiving it. However, after waiting a week or two, I was disappointed by the quality of the pillow. It was not packaged in a vacuum bag, and when I took it out, it was flat. I waited 24 hours for it to restore its shape, but it did not improve. I followed the instructions to fluff the pillow, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. There were a few lumps inside, and when I tried to manually fluff them out, I realized it might not be a good idea to keep it. I had to return it. I was unsure whether this particular pillow was defective or if this was a common issue with this type of pillow. I didn’t want to take the risk of going through another long wait time and return process"

"It's blue. I love it! The only thing i didn't like is was difficult to get it to fluff. It's delivered flat as a pancace! I put it in the dryer like suggested. Didn't work. Then scrunched it up by hand to get it to free iup inside the interior cover and to get it to not be lumpy. Took a long time."
