    Insert doesn’t expand.

    The insert never expanded on this product. I emailed Sunday Citizen and they provided a replacement right away. This is one of 2 lumbar pillows I received this summer that had this quality issue.

    Hi Kathleen,

    Thanks for your feedback! The pillow comes vacuum sealed for efficient shipping. We’d normally suggest to give it at least 24 hours till it reaches its full density. It can also be put it in the dryer “NO HEAT” to fluff and expedite the process.

    Since it still didn’t decompress after these steps, we had the inserts replaced. Thank you for allowing us to resolve the issue. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
