Is it easy to return items?

Absolutely! You can drop your item off at any of our 5,000+ Happy Return locations, and they'll take care of everything. Or, for a small fee, we can provide you with a prepaid return label.

How soon will I receive my refund?

For returns dropped off at a Happy Returns location, refunds will begin immediately. However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For returns using a label, refunds may take up to 2 weeks after inspection.

What items are returnable?

Most items purchased within the last 60 days are returnable, except for final sale items, gift cards, and international orders. We also accept items with production defects or damage incurred during regular use.

What items are non-refundable?

Items labeled as "final sale," free gifts, promotional items with retail value, and items purchased on international orders are non-refundable.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely happy with your order, no worries! We're pleased to accept returns within 60 days.
Here's what you need to know:

  • Eligibility: Items for return must be postmarked within 60 days of the delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • Exceptions: Please note, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. International orders are also not eligible for returns.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal. You have the option to return the product at any of our 5,000+ Happy Return locations at no additional cost. Or, if you prefer, we can provide
    a return label for a small fee.
  • Packaging: When using a Happy Return location, there's no need to keep the original packaging. Simply return the product, and they'll take care of the rest. If you're using our return label, feel free to use the original box or another suitable one. Just make sure old shipping labels are covered.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. They usually initiate immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Refunds for returns using a label can take up to 2 weeks after the items are inspected and approved.

    Remember, returns made after the 60-day period from the delivery receipt may be refused at our discretion. Also, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
